Personally I will never visit that attraction again, but if you really want to go,DO NOT BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE. I believe in good customer service and it doesn't sit well with me that this is their policy on advance tickets when their main customers are out of town tourists. They just respond with the same jargon that all sales are final. The person I spoke with on the phone suggested I email the company. Tilt is located at the top of John Hancock building.
