Personally I will never visit that attraction again, but if you really want to go,DO NOT BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE. I believe in good customer service and it doesn't sit well with me that this is their policy on advance tickets when their main customers are out of town tourists. They just respond with the same jargon that all sales are final. The person I spoke with on the phone suggested I email the company. Tilt is located at the top of John Hancock building.

I tried to pawn these off to people in the area, but was unsuccessful. TILT, for an additional fee, is a series of floor-to-ceiling windows that slowly tilt outside the building to 30. I tried to get a refund and they said ticket sales were final and suggested I try and find someone to give the tickets to, since I was leaving later that day. 360 CHICAGO offers the best views from the top of the former John Hancock building. We purchased out tickets online and when we arrived at the venue, the person in the front desk showed us a picture of what our view would look like (it was cloudy that day) and the picture showed maybe 20% visibility with mostly clouds in the picture.
